When I had my 20 week ultrasound in November, we were told that we were going to have a baby boy. We were thrilled since we knew the baby was also unaffected by Propionic Acidemia, which our 2 girls have. Our joy was short-lived because we received a call from our geneticist that the ultrasound markers showed some anomalies. This second ultrasound (left) ruled out the suspicion that the baby had any such markers. A sigh of relief, to say the least.
